We provide a range of high glaze powders which combine with the meat juices to give a glossy surface, to you're chosen meat product. They bind with the meat juice to prevent drip loss, they are easy to apply and gives an even distribution.
Glaze are a good cheap alternative to marinades and obtain their sheen and coating abilities. By extracting moisture from the meat. This can lead to drip loss from the muscle fiber which can lead to a liquid build up on top of the glazed product.
