Beef & Black Bean Stir-Fry


Method: Mix diced beef fillet with Cajun Seasoning. Add sauce, vegetables and mix thoroughly. Portion 500 g of stir-fry mix in SR1200 round aluminium tray, wrap and label accordingly.

Soya, Sulphur Dioxide, Wheat*
Black Bean Sauce used in this recipe is gluten free, contains less than 20 mg/Kg gluten. Can be declared as gluten free according to Regulation EU 828/2014 (≤20 mg/Kg gluten)

Cooking: Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic film from tray, place tray in the middle of the rack of the oven and cook at 180°C for 30-35 mins stirring occasionally. Alternatively, stir-fry on medium heat ensuring product is fully cooked before eating.
