Cajun Burrito Bowl

Method: Place 180g of diced sweet potato in base of
foil tray. Sprinkle a light dusting of cajun seasoning and
layer of sliced mixed peppers. Do another light dusting of
cajun seasoning, and layer of 160g fine sliced turkey breast
and add another sprinkle of cajun seasoning, add 10g of
spinach leaves and 15g of crumbled feta cheese. Top with
sliced green jalapeño peppers. Drizzle with rapeseed oil.

Cooking: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place tray in the
middle of the rack of the oven and cook at 180°C for
30-35mins, ensuring product is fully cooked before eating.
