Plain Turkey Burgers


Method: Mince 6Kg of skinless turkey breast once. Add the seasoning gradually and begin mixing, slowly add the chilled water and continue to mix until homogeneous mix is achieved. Be sure not to over mix! Form into 100g burgers and display.

Cooking: For best results fry on a pan on medium heat turning occasionally or alternatively preheat oven to 180°C. Place tray in the middle of the rack of the oven and cook at 180°C for 20-25mins, ensuring product is fully cooked before eating.
