Method: Place 200g of finely chopped sweet potatoes in a SR1000 smooth-wall tray. Combine the Italian Sauce, Taco Spice, Turkey Mince and mix well. Pour 205g of the taco mince over the sweet potatoes and garnish accordingly with classic white sauce and red and green jalapeños. Cooking: Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic film from tray, place tray in the middle of the rack of the oven and cook at 180°C for 30-35mins, ensuring product is fully cooked before eating.
